About the presenter: Andrea Järvrén is a Program Manager at Tetra Pak. She is an empathic people leader who is passionate about coaching humans and organisations to become more dynamic, productive and capable. She has a strong background in business transformation, global process driver and programme management. Also, she has solid hands-on experiences in transforming teams from legacy to agile ways of working. Andrea is one of the founders of the methods used globally at Tetra Pak where Design Thinking workshops are used for acceleration of transformation and innovation. The 500+ workshops they have facilitated shows how a company can implement new ways of working that addresses complexity in a fun and rewarding way. The methods are based on frameworks such as Lean Start Up, Design Sprint, Lean UX, Business Model Canvas and Playing to Win.
