How to deal with individual and organisational change as a project manager

This webinar is organised together with the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) where we will learn what change management really is and how it can affect you as a project manager. We will go through what benefits you get in combining the two skillsets, ie project and change management together, as well as how change management is applied during a project life cycle.

We will share some basic concepts of change management. You will also get to understand and try out one of the simple but powerful tools for personal change where you will be sent an exercise after the webinar. Finally we will share some of our experiences when combining change and project management on real cases.

This webinar is suited for anyone who would like to know more about change management in the context of project management.
