The Cayenne Project Simulation is a fun way to learn a proactive way of thinking and managing risk and stakeholders through a project's various phases. You will learn to prioritize your limited resources to meet challenges the best possible way without overshooting the project's schedue or budget.

During this evening, you will get to sample the brand new digital version of Cayenne, facilitated by Annette Wendin.

 

Annette Wendin has worked as a project manager, coach, and change leader for 30 years. With a strong interest in people, leadership, and business acumen, she has led development projects, customer projects, and change initiatives within both the private and public sectors – and has probably made every mistake a project manager can make. In 2002, she founded INstant INfusion AB to share her insights with other project organizations, project managers, and business leaders. She has been a certified coach and project manager for many years, as well as a facilitator for several of Celemi’s games, including Cayenne, Agile Move, and Celemi Sustainability.
