Agile transformation enables organizations to be more reactive, do more with less, and better serve the interests of their customers as well as embrace and thrive in a flexible, collaborative, self-organizing, fast changing environment. How we can lead the transformation and engage our teams, with some lessons from a real agile transformation in a big tech company during the COVID pandemic.

William Meller describes himself as  an innovative, self-starter and goal-oriented Project, Program & Portfolio Manager with +10 years in IT Industry, passionate about strategy design and execution, experienced in both Agile and Waterfall projects, PMO, Agile Transformation, Scrum, Kanban, budget and portfolio management with an MBA in Business Management and certified in Strategy Execution by Harvard Business School. We are very happy to welcome William to our hybrid session and looking forward to an interactive session on a topic which is highly relevant for many of us.
