Mats Lundberg is responsible for education for the non-profit organization Drivkraft, which is a mentoring and homework help business that works to support our young people in society. Over the past 12 years, he has trained about 1500 people from the business community and the public in mentoring to be a good resource and role model for his mentees. 

Mats is also a certified international trainer in Self-Actualizing Psychology, and has a background as a manager and leader in several different businesses. Since 2004, he has supported managers and leaders to take the best out of themselves and their teams and be good examples of the leadership and culture they want to see. 

He has also created the CEO network Malmö Masterminds, which offers support and trust groups for leaders and entrepreneurs in Malmö.
