Speaker biography
Ann-Louise Ulfsparre is a transformation change leader and agile coach at Moment Management, with broad experience from agile transformations in big and established organisations as well as younger companies. With knowledge from different branches like telecom, music, gaming and retail and from different agile scaling frameworks, she shares her insights with great inspiration, based on coaching of organisations, teams and leaders.
She has given appreciated courses and seminars in Agile Leadership and Modern Agile with focus on psychological safety and feedback and she has shared her experience together with coach colleagues in the book "XXL Agile and Lean Coaching".
