Portfolio management during the war in Ukraine

Roman Reznikov, the President of PMI Ukraine Chapter will tell his story of facing the war two times in his professional career (2014 and 2022). He will also share his experience of running a portfolio of 54 projects with 625 engineers for clients in the US, EU and Middle East before and after 24th of February 2022, when Russia attacked Ukraine.
