In order to keep a high but still sustainable development pace in today’s rapidly changing tech landscape there is a need to continuously work on streamlining the delivery process, and always maintain focus on the overall business goals.

Anna Persson is Head of Delivery at Nordnet Bank AB. She is a People- and results-oriented manager with international experience from product and customer project management.
