Approximately 50 eager participants enjoyed a great talk when Lyssa Adkins explained how organizations can develop their Agile Coaching capability. The event was hosted by Visuell Planering on 2018-02-21.
In this talk, Lyssa offered insight on how to develop ScrumMasters and Agile Coaches as their scope of influence expands from one or a few teams to a program or value stream. The skills, knowledge and self-leadership needed at each step was revealed, as well as what an organization should (and should not) expect from them at various levels of development. This described how managers and transformation leads put flesh on the bones of their Agile Coaching capability development strategy. It also serve as a guide for ScrumMasters and Agile Coaches as they develop themselves.
