Vinnare av 2023 Under 35 Changemaker Awards har tillkännagivits! 

Vi är glada att äntligen få presentera alla vinnare av PMI Sweden 2023 Under 35 Changemaker Awards! Sammanlagt har 6 talangfulla och inspirerande förändringsledare bidragit till framgångsrika förändringar inom respektive fokusområde. 

Under 35 Changemaker Awards samlar och hyllar de som förvandlar idéer till verklighet, som inspirerar andra, som leder förändring, som tänker om och omskapar världen omkring oss. Awards arrangeras av PMI Sweden Chapter och kommer att delas ut till utvalda nominerade på Passion for Projects Congress den 13 mars 2023 på SPACE Stockholm.

Dora Palfi

2023 Under 35 Changemaker Award-winner - Leadership Category

Dora is co-founder and CEO of IMAGI, an edtech company helping build the tech workforce of the future through an inclusive and creative approach to learning to code. Dora has a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience with a minor in Computer Science from New York University Abu Dhabi and has studied Human Computer Interaction at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Dora has been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 2021 list as one of Europe’s leading social entrepreneurs and serves as a Cartier Women’s Initiative Fellow.

Award Motivation: Dora is a recipient of the Under 35 Changemaker Award 2023 for empowering and inspiring young people to learn to code and pursue careers in technology through her innovative and inclusive edtech company IMAGI.

 

Giulia Morello

2023 Under 35 Changemaker Award-winner - Leadership Category

Giulia Morello works in the automotive industry as Process and Group Manager at AUROBAY. She became the youngest manager in the company after having led the Research and Development (R&D) part in separating the powertrain unit from Volvo Cars, and contributing to the creation of Aurobay as a standalone company. Today Giulia focuses on R&D processes excellence and on implementing new digital tools to support it. Giulia also manages a team of leaders for cross-functional initiatives such as quality and cost optimization. 

Award Motivation: Giulia is a recipient of the Under 35 Changemaker Award 2023 by for being truly a remarkable and inspiring leader of change.

 

Francisca Hoyer

2023 Under 35 Changemaker Award-winner - Technology Category

Francisca co-leads the Natural Language Understanding Initiative at AI SWEDEN, the Swedish National Center for applied AI. Originally a trained historian, Francisca moved into the field of AI to leverage her experiences for responsible innovation and social good. She holds a PhD from Uppsala University. She is passionate about pulling together innovation projects that engage stakeholders who have traditionally not been involved in developing new technologies and diversifying the AI pipeline with domain experts from the humanities.

Award Motivation: Francisca is a recipient of the Under 35 Changemaker Award 2023 for her inspirational innovative approach to AI and developing new technologies for social good.

 

Lucas Ambjörn

2023 Under 35 Changemaker Award-winner - Technology Category

Lucas is a Hyper Island graduate who is passionate about AI and business opportunities. He currently works at ZENSEACT with AI Transformation, where he helps to develop solutions for safe and sustainable mobility. He was also part of the Junior AI Change Agent Program, which he co-created with other professionals to learn and apply AI for social good.  

Award Motivation: Lucas is a recipient of the Under 35 Changemaker Award 2023 for advancing the use of AI in Sweden for the benefit of society and for his inspiring leadership in driving innovative initiatives.

 
 

Namo Marouf

2023 Under 35 Changemaker Award-winner- Sustainability Category

Namo is an urban planner and a recording artist who is passionate about social sustainability and innovation. She is a visionary and a leader who combines her talents and expertise to create positive change in the urban environment. She hosts the podcast Lilla Namo’s Stad, where she explores urban planning from an unconventional perspective. She works at RAMBOLL as a sustainability lead and a senior urban planner, and she is also a board member at Swedish Society of Songwriters, Composers & Authors.

Award Motivation: Namo is a recipient of the Under 35 Changemaker Award 2023 for moving forward projects that promote social inclusion, environmental resilience and innovation in urban planning.

 

Camilla Wikström

2023 Under 35 Changemaker Award-winner- Sustainability Category

Camilla has a background as an energy engineer with focus on smart cities. She is currently working as a project manager in the CITY OF STOCKHOLM’s Transport Department. Her focus is on innovation in the fields of public space, urban air mobility, mobility data, charging infrastructure and policy development. She has also contributed to the city’s vision of becoming fossil-free by 2040 and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 80% by 2030.

Award Motivation: Camilla is a recipient of the Under 35 Changemaker Award 2023 for her contributions in developing and implementing smart and sustainable solutions for urban mobility that support the city’s climate goals and enhance the quality of life for its citizens.
